Lexi Frazier is an Estate & Trust Administration Paralegal at Carolina Family Estate Planning. With a sharp legal mind and a deeply compassionate approach, she supports families as they navigate estate matters with clarity and care, ensuring every detail is handled with thoughtfulness and precision.
Originally from The Woodlands, Texas, Lexi earned her undergraduate degree in Finance from Texas Christian University, graduating magna cum laude. She then received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where she also graduated magna cum laude and served as an articles editor for the Houston Law Review. After passing the Uniform Bar Exam, she is now in the final stages of obtaining her North Carolina law license.
Her interest in estate planning began in law school, where she focused her coursework to gain hands-on experience in the field. But her passion runs deeper. After witnessing loved ones struggle through late-life care without financial planning—and the emotional weight families carry when end-of-life decisions are left unspoken—Lexi became committed to helping others plan ahead with confidence and compassion. Known for her inquisitive nature, warm heart, and upbeat spirit, she firmly believes estate planning is one of the most loving acts a person can do for the people they leave behind.
Outside of work, Lexi lives in Durham with her husband, Jess, an internal medicine physician at UNC, and their mini Aussie, Frankie. She enjoys true crime podcasts, celebrity court cases, playing pickleball, and singing along to Broadway musicals—Wicked is a favorite. A lifelong fan of The Office and How I Met Your Mother, she also credits a few childhood icons—her mom, Hannah Montana, and Elle Woods—for inspiring her drive and shaping her professional journey.
